We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated candidate to join our team as a Tax Associate.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a commitment to providing superior client service and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) as they will be responsible for maintaining client records and communications.
Tax Associates will work with small business accounts, tax return preparation, financial statement auditing and reporting.

*Responsibilities:*
* Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients.
* Meet with business and community contacts to maintain and grow a network within the local market.
* Prepare accounting-related reports through a paperless office environment.
* Gather relevant tax-related information from the client so an accurate tax return can be prepared.
* Work with the tax team to ensure various components of the tax process are performed, including tax preparation, tax planning, client interaction, and performing special tax projects.
* Attend professional development and training seminars on a regular basis.
* Assist with Auditing, and Cost Segregation as needed.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related degree
* CPA candidate or EA designation preferred but not required.
* Previous experience desired but not required.
