Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information - Assist with reservations and manage room availability - Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as required Qualifications: - Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using front desk software and computer systems - Bilingual language skills are a plus - Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Please note that this is a general overview of the position's responsibilities and qualifications.
